IT Support Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer. The IT Support Engineer role is offered as a permanent full-time position (office based no remote working).

Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 pa + bonus

Hours: 10am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours pw)

Location: Erith

IT Support Engineerkey requirements

The role is to assist the IT Manager to ensure the company’s internal IT systems (hardware and software) are functioning and operational 24/7.

IT Support Engineer Skills and Attributes required:

To be considered for the IT Support Engineerrole you must have:

v experience in IT support c100 users

v have an IT related qualification or studying towards this

v B2B website development (ecommerce)

• Proficient PC skills required e.g
  • MS Office
  • Office 365
  • Windows
  • Installing and configuring PCs
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work within timescales.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all functions.

• Basic Network connectivity (LAN)
• Problem Solving and fault finding.

• Data analysis / reporting (desirable)
• App support
