Frazer is a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for an Operations Manager (Warehouse &Transport) who's as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours - 630am - 430pm Monday to Friday

Frazer, Church Trading Estate, Slade Green Road, Erith, DA8 2HX

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects
  • Managing team of including 3 Warehouse Operative and 3 Drivers
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Supporting the Branch Manager
  • Ensure your team are set up for the day, including delivery drivers with route planning
  • Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!)
  • Work as a direct support the management team and act as a keyholder when needed
  • Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products
  • Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts
  • Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority
  • Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement

  • Previous industry experience preferred
  • Warehouse and Transport Management essential
