We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with unique art fabrication projects at all stages.

Your role will be to provide crucial support across all Company Projects. You need to be highly organised and proactive, responding to developments on projects throughout all phases, from design to delivery.

This role reports directly to Production Supervisor and the Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

PROJECTS

  • Administrate and process all project based purchases
  • Book transports for sites and suppliers / subcontractors
  • Issue project documentation and update project template systems
  • Ad hoc project requests, research, and tasks

HR & OFFICE MANAGEMENT

  • Manage the Enquiries inbox and answer the phones
  • Maintain records to ensure that the Company is compliant with industry standards
  • Manage workshop documentation

ARTWORK ADMINISTRATION

  • Issue collection / delivery notes, labels
  • Update and maintain the Artwork Storage Database

MARKETING & COMMS

  • Update Company website and Instagram
  • Organise Company events
  • Issue internal newsletters

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with colleagues at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to multi task efficiently and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Office 365
