The Role As SHEQ Compliance Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for compliance matters, with a strong focus on CDM regulations and framework compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining SHEQ policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.
  • Supporting external audits and driving continuous improvement in compliance practices.

What Our Client Is Looking For To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ), within utilities, civil engineering, or infrastructure.
  • CQI/IRCA Internal Auditor certification (required).
  • A proactive approach to compliance, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements effectively.
