Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms and conditions.
Maintaining of purchasing contracts, purchasing price, agreements, and terms
Forecasting stock level and make orders accordingly.
Tracking order delivery status and review and apply the customs clearance documents.
Researching the Food and Custom Regulation
Communicating with suppliers, and internal sales team regarding product delivery status, product quality problems, product sales status
Assisting to improve the product specification
Any ad-hoc tasks assign by line manager

Hours This role will be full time permanent work in the office 5 days40hrs per week Salary£28-35k however for the correct candidate the salary is negotiable.
