Salary: Basic £25k, OTE £30k - £35k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

The Client:

Our client is an award winning Estate Agents with multiple offices around London & Kent, specialising in sales, lettings, mortgages, new homes and investment services.

The Role:

As a Sales Progressor, you will be managing property transactions from offer to completion, ensuring seamless progress and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.
• Coordinate access calls, surveys, and legal paperwork.
• Maintain and update portfolio notes regularly.
• Manage daily workflow to expedite exchange processes.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Conveyancing Assistant, Sales Progressor or in a similar role.
• Experience in estate agency.
• Background working in a residential sales or conveyancing department.
• Passion for the property industry.
• Understanding of leasehold and freehold transactions.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
