About the role:We are working with a dynamic and inclusive PRU committed to providing a nurturing, supportive, and structured environment for students who have been excluded from mainstream education. Our aim is to empower young people to develop the skills and resilience needed to succeed both academically and personally. We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join our team who shares our commitment to transforming lives.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEMH needs by:* Building positive relationships and acting as a role model for students.* Supporting students in developing strategies to manage their behaviour, emotions, and mental health.* Working closely with teaching staff to implement personalised behaviour support plans.* Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to address barriers to learning.* Promoting a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and respected.* Supporting reintegration into mainstream settings where appropriate.
