Job Overview:

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Manager to join thier dedicated team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the commissioning process of projects. To ensure that systems, facilities, or equipment are installed, tested and functioningto the highest standards in accordance with NSI regulations before hand over to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the commissioning of the system with hand over to the client.
  • Conducting servicing, PPM and technical support on fire alarm systems for our clients.
  • You will take a hands-on approach to integrate fire alarm systems on project working alongside the project team.
  • Provide a pivotal contact point for the client for any ongoing issues or technical support needed.
  • Perform surveying tasks and support on quotes and design of systems.
  • You will perform fire inspections and will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of equipment required to perform these inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • FIA or equivalent training.
  • Understanding of British Standards relating to Fire Alarms and Refuge systems.
  • Proven & demonstrable experience in Fire Alarm systems maintenance gained over a number of years.
  • Provide a professional service at all times demonstrating meticulous attention to details, quality and customer service.
  • Able to work independently, with little supervision but also able to work successfully as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a range of customers / clients and colleagues.
  • Reliability and punctuality qualities are essential to this role.
