Job Description:
Join our clients 24/7 team as an solaris AIX engineer, providing advanced technical expertise on Solaris/AIX Servers to ensure top-tier support services. You will enhance team performance and optimise processes for better efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your role involves troubleshooting, monitoring, and improving solutions while maintaining SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during emergency support hours.
  • Support disaster recovery (DR) tests across multiple virtual platforms.
  • Remediate security vulnerabilities identified by the compliance team.
  • Perform scheduled planned changes outside regular hours.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and support of Linux and Windows servers.
  • Innovate and develop new product improvements.
  • Expand your expertise in a wide range of technologies.
  • Provide technical support for infrastructure services, addressing issues and assisting with tasks.
  • Contribute to infrastructure projects and assignments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot systems for reliability and performance.
  • Enhance infrastructure effectiveness with the team.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
  • Apply technical knowledge to solve infrastructure challenges.
  • Adhere to best practices in service delivery.

Ket Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis and technical knowledge.
