Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an excellent opportunity to work as a Bid Writer on behalf of a global organisation in the construction industry, based in Esher.
This organisation is well renowned within the construction marketplace. Within this role, you will be reporting to the bid manager and be responsible for working with the business development/tendering teams, in order to coordinate client, bid and tender documentation.
Duties will include:
- Writing detailed and high quality for bids
- Coordinating, reviewing and amending proposal responses
- Reviewing client bid documentation and summarising key submissions
- Organising tender meetings, ensuring tender documents are signed off and sent back out within agreed timeframes
- Submitting tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires
- Working closely with various departments to ensure all aspects of the proposal are covered.
The suitable candidate:
- Experience in bid writing
- Ideally you will have experience within the construction industry however this isn’t essential
- Excellent use of the English language and literature
- A relevant degree would be advantageous i.e English Language/Literature
