Reed Education are representing a fantastic Primary School, and we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our term-time nursery, catering to children aged 2–5 years old. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and education, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
- Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work flexible hours as part of a shift pattern.
