Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer  
 
Our client is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer to join their team in Esher. The engineering consultancy is renowned for delivering complex and innovative design solutions to the global construction industry. The successful candidate will be provided support and great opportunities for career progression.
 
Responsibilities of the role:
- Deliver geotechnical design elements for both existing and future projects  
- Coordinate with engineers in regional offices and across project teams  
- Prepare fee budgets, proposals, and resource plans for various projects  
- Develop calculations, drawings, and other technical documents, ensuring proper control during project execution  
- Provide support and mentorship to less experienced staff, fostering knowledge-sharing and development  
 
Requirements of the role:
- Chartered Engineer with an MEng/BEng/MSc in Civil Engineering or related field  
- Proven design experience across a variety of geotechnical structures  
- Strong background in geotechnical design  
- Experience working collaboratively in teams and mentoring junior engineers  
- Skilled in client relationship management and development  
- Familiarity with the regional Civil Engineering market is a plus
