Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (Hybrid after probation: 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily orders for assigned customers
  • Work with Sales team to monitor orders & deliveries
  • Build lasting customer relationships
  • Provide product info and timely updates
  • Resolve complaints efficiently
  • Ensure smooth communication with Sales & Customer Service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong education and relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Problem-solving and detail-oriented
  • Team player with change management experience
