Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (Hybrid after probation: 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily orders for assigned customers
- Work with Sales team to monitor orders & deliveries
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Provide product info and timely updates
- Resolve complaints efficiently
- Ensure smooth communication with Sales & Customer Service
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong education and relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented
