Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the assigned customers
  • Order processing and scheduling deliveries
  • Liaising with the Sales team
  • Monitor orders and verify deliveries
  • Build excellent relationship with the customers
  • Provide product knowledge
  • Update on orders and contracts
  • Providing customer support and ensure resolution for any queries or complaints
  • Providing support to the Sales team
  • Any adhoc admin duties to support where necessary

Skills:

  • 1 year of office based experience in a customer focused role
  • SAP user or Power Bi or advanced Excel user
  • Have strong MS office package skills
  • Excellent communicator
