Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the assigned customers
- Order processing and scheduling deliveries
- Liaising with the Sales team
- Monitor orders and verify deliveries
- Build excellent relationship with the customers
- Provide product knowledge
- Update on orders and contracts
- Providing customer support and ensure resolution for any queries or complaints
- Providing support to the Sales team
- Any adhoc admin duties to support where necessary
Skills:
- 1 year of office based experience in a customer focused role
- SAP user or Power Bi or advanced Excel user
- Have strong MS office package skills
- Excellent communicator
