If so, this is an exciting opportunity that could be perfect for you!  Our client is a leading mortgage brokerage with a strong presence across the United Kingdom. They are partnered with well established, market leading estate agency brands across the South East of England, and are now looking for a Mortgage Area Manager to join their team to lead a talented group of brokers across multiple branches and promote further growth in the Hampshire & Surrey area.  What is on offer? 
  • Basic Salary up to £55,000 (DOE)
  • £75,000 OTE including bonus & commission
  • Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the field, 3-days WFH
  • Monday-Friday

  Key Responsibilities for this role 
  • You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of brokers across multiple branches
  • Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
  • Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region
  • Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success
  Skills and Experience required for this Mortgage Area Manager role 
  • Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership experience will be considered
  • Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Full UK drivers licence required
