- You will recruit, manage and motivate a team of brokers across multiple branches
- Setting and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Providing coaching and support to help develop brokers reach their full potential
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within your region
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure your services remain competitive
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for success
- Prior management in the mortgage industry is highly desirable, although experienced brokers with leadership experience will be considered
- Must hold full mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- An in-depth understand of mortgage products and services
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Full UK drivers licence required
