HR Assistant - Esher

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a confident individual on behalf of a leading business in Esher. This role is to provide administration support to the HR Manager, whilst gaining crucial HR exposure.

This will be ideal if you are either, a recent graduate looking to make that break into an office environment or perhaps a school leaver with a little bit of admin experience.

Duties Include:

  • Ensuring all HR files are up to date - organising and storing paperwork and documents
  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Preparing inductions for new starters and ensuring all new starter paperwork is up to date
  • Diary management for HR Manager
  • Assisting with all contracts, offer letters, references etc
  • Keeping HR systems up to date

You will possess the following attributes:

  • GCSE's C minimum in Maths and English
  • Recent Graduate would be preferred but not essential
  • Must be positive, friendly and approachable
  • Able to use own initiative and work in an ever changing environment
  • Excellent excel and word skills
  • Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable
