Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner secondary schools in Esher, Surrey. Starting in November 2024 until July 2025, this role is ideal for individuals looking to support students and help foster an inclusive learning environment.

Teaching Assistant | Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students in 1:1 and small group sessions across a range of subjects
- Assisting teachers with classroom management and adapting resources to meet students' needs
- Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Supporting the delivery of lesson plans and helping students stay engaged with their work
Teaching Assistant | Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience or a strong interest in working with students is preferred
- A 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a UK university is highly desirable
- A compassionate, flexible approach to supporting diverse learning needs
- Enthusiasm to engage in school life and contribute to extracurricular activities and programs
