HR Manager - Esher - £42,500 + 5 Days Onsite

Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
  • Create and develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support on all Employee Relations issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of employment and personnel data, ensuring compliance with equal opportunities and legislative reporting.
  • Produce HR KPIs, management reports, and documentation on absence, disciplinary actions, learning and development, resourcing statistics, remuneration, and recruitment.
  • Assist in developing robust succession planning and personal development plans.
  • Support management with training and coaching to control absenteeism and staff turnover.
  • Work closely with operational managers to proactively address employee relations trends and concerns.
  • Provide expert advice on employment legislation while reviewing and implementing company HR policies and procedures.

This HR Manager role requires full onsite presence in the office five days a week.
