This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Fee-Earner with 2-5 years' PQE to take on a full caseload of residential property matters. The successful candidate will join a supportive team in Esher, working closely with experienced partners and a highly collaborative team of solicitors and conveyancers. The role is well-suited to someone with experience in freehold and leasehold property transactions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.

You'll be working in a supportive, open-plan office with direct access to senior partners, ensuring a collaborative and encouraging environment. The firm is committed to helping its staff grow professionally, and there's a strong focus on business development and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day handling of residential property transactions.
  • Conduct matters on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Handle the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions.
  • Support the team leader and contribute to the firm's ongoing success by participating in marketing and business development activities.
  • Record financial transactions and ensure matters are billed appropriately.
