Our client is a highly successful financial services organisation who is seeking a dynamic Operations/Office Manager to join their growing team.

  • Based in the Esher area
  • Up to £50,000 (DOE)
  • Monday - Friday (office based)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Parking

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A bachelors/university degree, preferably in Legal or Business.
  • Financial Services or Professional Services background.
  • Be prepared to work in a dynamic environment in a small team.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Be highly numerate and comfortable working with figures and spreadsheets.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe.
  • An excellent communicator including with investors, clients and support service companies.
  • Flexible and able to work to deadlines.
  • Prior experience with dealing with Know Your Customer (KYC) queries/process is desirable.
