Vacancy: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER / SALES MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £50k (Negotiable)
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister / Sales Manager based in the Esher area with a market leading agency.
If you already have an excellent record for selling property and have previous Listing and Instruction Winning experience, this is an outstanding opportunity to work for one of the leading and most successful independent estate agents in Esher.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in Estate Agency, be and exceptional sales person, and extensive Instruction Winning experience; you will also be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated, smart and well-spoken and have an excellent ability to build up a quick rapport with the clients.
The company would ideally prefer a candidate currently working in a similar role, but might also consider an aspiring Senior Sales Negotiator with the right experience and attitude who feels ready to take the next step with a progressive and energetic company.

Skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator /Lister / Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous Estate Agency experience essential
- Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Esher area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
