Duties include
- Operate and promote a culture of safe working practices across the site
- Ensure all site activities adhere to Health and Safety regulations
- Conduct regular safety briefings to ensure everyone understands and follows the safety protocols
- Ensure all standards are consistently met
- Plastering
- Carpenter
- Labouring
- Carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties and residential jobs
- Providing an elevated level of personal customer service
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of hand tools
- Capable of working to a high standard
- You must have a full UK driving licence
- High volume work experience
- Experience as a multi-trader, tradesman, ground worker or general builder
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Troubleshoot issues, conducting repairs and improvements
- Strong attention to detail
