THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is seeking a Fabric Maintenance Operative to work as part of a team to provide a flexible and efficient repair and maintenance service over a wide range of services. The post-holder will be expected to carry out day to day and planned preventative maintenance duties as well as assisting craftsmen of all disciplines when required. Typical duties may include maintenance and improvement of plant, equipment or buildings. You will be covering on a Commercial Office Site on a static basis and will also be given access to a company vehicle.
Ideally the successful candidate will come from a Fabric maintenance background with experience on commercial facilities. Maintenance experience is essential. Attention to detail and good finishing skills is essential.
In return, our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £30,000 – £32,000 plus Annual Leave, Company Van, Pension Scheme, PPE, Mobile Phone etc
