Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in scaffolding, ready to lead and manage high-profile projects with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage scaffolding operations across various commercial and residential sites in London.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and client specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all scaffolding works.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality of work.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the scaffolding industry, with a strong track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Previous experience with a scaffolding contractor is essential.
- A stable CV demonstrating long-term positions and commitment in previous roles.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
