Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly project cost reporting and risk meetings
- Manage and assess project variations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Oversee contractual claims, changes, and produce monthly client applications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent)
- Member of RICS, CIOB, or similar professional body (desirable)
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects in a commercial setting
- Knowledge of current construction technology and sustainability considerations
- Experience in managing a range of contracts within complex project environments
