Assistant Site Manager required with experience of interior fit-out/refurbishment projects to support the Site Manager and Project Manager on 5 projects across the Univerity of London (UCL) campus in Euston, London.

The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for the sites when the SM and PM are not present and must have a good uinderstanding of fit-out work, also to be able to direct subcontractors, assisting them with queries etc.

The Assistant SM will have SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aid and be comfortable managing the site when required.

Interior fit-out experience is essential.
