Job Title: Static Air Conditioning Engineer
Salary: £47,000 per annum
Location: Euston, NW1
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on a variety of HVAC equipment across Central London and the Southeast of London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
- Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- F-Gas Category 1 certification.
Experience:
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of a foot mobile role.
