Air Conditioning Engineer (AC) | Servicing and Repair / Maintenance | Static | Commercial Environment | Euston, London | 45,000 + Overtime & Employment Package.
We are actively recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer (AC) to join a large servicing and maintenance team across a large commercial property based near Euston Station, London.
As the Air Conditioning Engineer (AC), you will be responsible for servicing, breakdowns and repairs across commercial Air Conditioning / HVAC equipment on the site.
Package:
- Role: Air Conditioning Engineer (AC) 45,000 Basic Salary
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
- Location: Single commercial building close to Euston Static, London
- Property: Commercial Property
- Salary: 45,000
- Status: Permanent, PAYE - Monthly pay schedule
- Paid overtime available: x1.5 - x2 rate.
- NO call out rota on the contract
- Company pension, 28 days paid annual leave etc.
- Up-skilling to Chiller Engineer
- Other training and development opportunities on offer.
Duties:
- As the Air Conditioning Engineer, you will carry outPPMs and reactive maintenance / servicing and breakdowns to commercial air conditioning / HVAC Equipment.
- Equipment may include: AHUs, FCUs, Split / Multi Split Systems, DX units, VRV, VAV, VRF systems etc.
- Updating log books / company CAFM system on works carried out.
- Adhering to compliance / health and safety policies.
Requirements:As the Air Conditioning Engineer, we need you to meet the following requirements:
- Essential: F Gas Qualification
- Desirable: City and Guilds Level 2 in Air Conditioning
- Essential: Experience working with commercial air conditioning / HVAC systems.
- Essential: Must be able to commute to Euston on a daily basis.
