Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pharmacist to join our client’s dynamic pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for community pharmacists looking to transition into a clinical setting. You will be working on various wards, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patient and full training is provided!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medication reviews and provide medication management advice.
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to patient care discussions.
  • Educate healthcare professionals and patients on medication-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy services within the wards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmaceutical care.


Qualifications:

  • Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Experience in a clinical setting is not required; community pharmacists are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
