Business Development Manager

A growing, award winning Soft FM business are hiring!!

London Business Development Manager role with a clear route and target to being a Business Development Director within 12 months. This business are now a national cleaning and soft services provider, who have grown out of their London head quarters to have 3 offices up and down the country. They have won a catalogue of awards in the last 5 years and have steadily grown the business from a start up to now a household industry name.

Their clients are the likes of ; BBC, Hermes, Clearchannel, Dishoom, Innocent Smoothies and many more. They are also doing very well with public sector work. They have some genuine defensible USP's. This role is very rewarding for new business wins, but also acknowledges great client retention and existing client growth. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in winning business from end user businesses and ideally some FM providers too in the provision of any type of Soft FM service. Previously successful candidates have sold waste services, cleaning services or hygiene services. Base salary for a London BDM is 50-60k plus a company car package plus an uncapped bonus scheme. The realistic earning potential is circa 80-100k. Progression to Business Development Director is available subject to hitting cdertain targets in the first 12 months. NB you must be comfortable with 3 days working out of the London central office.
