Overview:
A large non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Hard FM Services Manager to join their team to join their team and oversee all Hard FM Services. This includes liaising with suppliers and scheduling any planned and reactive works.

Responsibilities:
- Manage existing supplier relationships and communications
- Manage new supplier onboarding
- Liaise with senior management regarding change requests and your feedback on these
- Complete building inspections and reports
- Review supplier contracts and ensure works completed are in accordance with these
- Track KPIs
- Be responsible for any Hard FM Service queries across the business
- Schedule planned and reactive works to Hard FM Services.
- Issue contractor access forms and ensure the system is updated with these
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working previously in a Hard FM Services role
- IOSH qualified or equivalent
- Knowledge of industry standards
- Experience using CAFM systems or similar
- Experience scheduling works
- Contractor management experience
- Incident management experience
- An excellent communicator
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
