We specialise in providing full turnkey automated solutions to our customers, and this structured graduate programme is designed to give you exposure to various engineering disciplines, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and develop essential skills for a successful engineering career.

Overview of the Graduate Engineer Scheme:
This programme will see you rotate across five key departments, with each placement offering exposure to different areas of engineering, from design to sales. The scheme is tailored to help you build a broad skill set, making you a versatile and experienced engineer. • Electrical Department: Focus on producing electrical datapacks, schematics, and panel layouts for automated systems. Engage in assembly and control panel testing.

  • Automation Department: Work on control system development, testing, and internal commissioning of automation solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens software.

  • Factory Experience: Get hands-on with laser cutting, welding, and machining, providing practical insight into the manufacturing and assembly of automated machinery.

  • Projects Department: Manage live customer projects, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver full turnkey solutions for automation systems.

  • Sales: Develop your commercial skills by preparing quotations, providing technical support, and conducting customer site surveys for our automation and machinery solutions.

Support and Training
Throughout the scheme, you will have a dedicated mentor and a clear training plan to guide your professional growth. Our in-house Graduate Manager App tracks your progress, and regular reviews will ensure you continue developing.
