Job Description

Location - Evesham

Salary; £50K - £60K (Dependant on Experience)

Hours of work - Full-time, 37.5, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Hybrid working option will be considered for a small element of the week.

Reporting to Director.

Summary

This role will be responsible for leading the Finance team and all Management Accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Finalising monthly management accounts
  • Completion of P11Ds and supervision of payroll
  • Micro Year ends for management company.
  • Management of internal finance team, and Facilities & Contracts Manager
  • Supervision of cash flow reporting
  • Management of inter-company transactions and group transactions
  • Supervise all other company reports and provide regular analysis and reporting.
  • Budget comparison and analysis

Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge and understanding of group accounting and best practice.
  • Knowledge of RICS and CMP would be preferred.
  • Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Strong systems experience, excellent user of Excel.
  • Highly organised/able to work on own and use own initiative and supervise employees.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Good negotiator.
  • A full clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be AAT qualified or relevant level CIMA or ACCA as a minimum.
