Financial Controller
Job Description
Location - Evesham
Salary; £50K - £60K (Dependant on Experience)
Hours of work - Full-time, 37.5, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Hybrid working option will be considered for a small element of the week.
Reporting to Director.
Summary
This role will be responsible for leading the Finance team and all Management Accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Finalising monthly management accounts
- Completion of P11Ds and supervision of payroll
- Micro Year ends for management company.
- Management of internal finance team, and Facilities & Contracts Manager
- Supervision of cash flow reporting
- Management of inter-company transactions and group transactions
- Supervise all other company reports and provide regular analysis and reporting.
- Budget comparison and analysis
Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge and understanding of group accounting and best practice.
- Knowledge of RICS and CMP would be preferred.
- Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally.
- Previous managerial experience.
- Strong systems experience, excellent user of Excel.
- Highly organised/able to work on own and use own initiative and supervise employees.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Report writing skills.
- Good negotiator.
- A full clean UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Must be AAT qualified or relevant level CIMA or ACCA as a minimum.
