Senior Management Accountant

Evesham - 2 days WFH

£50,000

A commercially-focused Management Accountant position, looking closely at production activity and performance for our client’s Evesham manufacturing site. You will be a key part of the management team, acting as a business partner to a range of stakeholders across Production and Supply Chain and will support budgeting and forecasting activity.

Role responsibilities

Partnering with Production and Supply Chain to help drive financial performance
Monthly management reporting and analysis of costs
Ownership of product costing process
Responsibility for drawing up the budget
Participation in leadership team reviews and meetings
Monitoring of costs, variances, inventory revaluations and supply chain costs
Supporting colleagues across Production and Supply Chain with Capex requests
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations

Candidate profile

Qualified accountant desirable but open to those who are qualified by experience
A preference for manufacturing experience and familiarity with costing
Strong background with ERP systems, especially SAP
Strong commercial and business acumen
Excellent IT skills, particularly with Excel
A skilled communicator and builder of relationships
Happy to commute to Evesham 3 days a week on average with occasional business travel also required
