The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000, and ideally, candidates should possess experience in a regulated environment.
The role requires a minimum of 2 days in the office (Monday/Tuesday) and 3 days of remote work, with candidates needing to be within commutable distance to Evesham.

You’ll join a family run organisation who provide an award winning SaaS solution into the energy sector which in turn helps households lower their energy demands and creates an overall greener Britain.As a Business Analyst your role will be to support the daily activities of the Product Manager through identifying and understanding our customers’ requirements. You will be working with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements, conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings whilst building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful Business Analyst will create and update internal and external documentation, identifying areas for process improvement, and keeping up to date with the regulatory compliance requirements of the business sector.The team is lovely with a great culture, the role is exciting and will be a learning curve as you learn their bespoke offerings – what’s not to like?Your role will be critical to the success of the projects as you’ll be responsible for gathering and defining any business requirements, providing analysis for the development teams to work their magic.You will be the interface between the operational teams and the development group, working on the full lifecycle of the various projects from requirements gathering through to testing, and delivery into the live environment.Location: Evesham, West Midlands. Hybrid working: 2 days office based (Monday/Tuesday), 3 days working remotely.Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + Ideally you will have:

Solid experience in Business / Systems Analysis
Knowledge of SQL
Experience & competence in generating process and requirement documentation.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
The ability to work and prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a regulated environment
