As they work with a range of key industries they are in a financially strong & stable position and due to their growth, they are looking to add a Machine Operator to their team.In this role you will join a busy workshop team in a varied position setting & operating a Press Brake machine, you will also be provided with opportunities to be trained on other machinery within the site to improve your skillset.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a workshop, engineering or manufacturing environment setting and operating machinery. Experience with press brake, bending machines, hydraulic press, folding machines, plasma cutters and similar will be an advantageThe role:

• Monday to Friday, 38.5hr week (Hours can vary between 2 shifts 6 am - 2:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm, candiates may have the option to choose a prefered shift)
• Setting and operating a press break machine
• Varied role with some work on other machinery and equipment in the workshop

The person:

• Previous experience in a workshop, engineering or manufacturing environment
• Experience setting and operating machinery
• Experienced in working with sheet metal
• Any experience with the following is beneficial but not a necessity; press brake, bending machines, hydraulic press, folding machines, plasma cutters welding, fabrication, punch press, corrugators, coiling, production lines, working with steel or operating a counterbalance forklift truck
• Can commute to Evesham
