Commutable from Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Evesham and Stratford-Upon-Avon areas.

You will be responsible for working with internal teams to support a high level of customer service. Organise product and commercial information to be correct and available.

Experience / Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience.

• Any technical product or manufacturing experience is an advantage.

• Integrity and organisation skills.

• Comfortable using a CRM or similar. Salesforce or SAP knowledge is very useful.

• Positive and friendly with other people.

• Able to collaborate with people across the wider business.

• Enjoy being part of a team.

• Great written and oral communication skills.
