Senior Customer Service Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Executive to work within a busy and exciting team with great emphasis on personal development and growth.
What will you be doing?
As the Senior Customer Service Executive your responsibilities will mostly consist of:
- Support and develop the Customer Service team through a hands on, active approach
- Dealing with a large range of incoming customer calls, liaising with internal departments to solve queries
- Support with implementing systems, communicating changes and supporting the team by setting KPIs
- Develop relationships across the business to foster strong team relations
- Strong leadership skills, looking at process improvements
Your background:
You will ideally have experience within a similar role, a proven track record of relationship building, high levels of attention to detail is key for this role along with excellent verbal and written skills.
The salary for this position is 28,000p/a this is a full time, fixed term 12 month contract, this role offers hybrid working, 2 or 3 days per week office based. Parking is provided.
