About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Evesham. The position is available immediately, running until at least the May half-term, with the possibility of an extension until July. In this role, you'll support students across various subjects, offering 1:1 assistance and aiding in whole-class activities to ensure the best possible learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support as a Teaching Assistant for students who require additional assistance.
- Support teachers in delivering lessons across a variety of subjects.
- Help manage and facilitate classroom activities, ensuring engagement and progress for all students.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance the educational experience and outcomes for each student.
- Contribute to the emotional and social well-being of students, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
