My client a leading manufacturer within the FMCG sector is due to expansion looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer. This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the knowledge already within their current team. The Role

automated environment. There will be lots of fast moving machinery such as flow wrappers and labelling machines, together with packaging and conveyor systems.

- 3 years’ experience - food manufacturing environment preferable but not a prerequisite.

- Possess appropriate qualifications applicable to your trade discipline

- FLT licence

- IPAF

- Plumbing

- Electrical (safety competency)

- Decoration

- Fabrication

- Facilities

- Must be highly methodical and organised in approach to preventative maintenance

- Can work well within teams

- Self-managing - Must be able to work under own supervision

- Flexible working attitude, as you will be required to work such other hours as the company may deem necessary

- Sound communication / training skills

Key Skills

  • Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery
  • Understanding of PPM systems
