Are you a Technical Support Advisor or similar looking to join a thriving manufacturer who will offer you progression to lead a department, autonomy and an early finish on a Friday?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a global, market leading supplier within the construction and mining industries. This well renowned, reputable company have been operating on the Evesham site since 1945, boasting offices and a large distribution facility, meaning that you will be centred in the fast-paced beating heart of their success.

Your role will involve liaising with customers to solve technical issues and advise on the parts required. You will also manage the service desk by assigning jobs to field technicians as well as managing the parts stock portfolio.

You must be happy on the phone and have some excel skills. The business is keen to train and invest in individuals who are looking to lead a team and progress their career.

The Role:
* Dealing with technical queries from customers on the phone and via email
* Assigning technician appointments and processing job cards
* Managing parts and components stock
* Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00 Friday 8:00-14:30

The Person:
* Experience working in a product servicing / support role
* Experience answering technical enquiries in aftersales
* Full UK Driving License and Vehicle
