We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to provide executive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, where you’ll play a crucial role in streamlining operations and optimising productivity.

The Role:

As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right-hand support to senior executives, ensuring their time is managed effectively while handling a variety of key responsibilities, including:

Diary & Email Management - Coordinate busy schedules, prioritise commitments, and keep everything running smoothly.Travel Planning - Organise complex itineraries, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Meeting Coordination - Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials while capturing key actions.Stakeholder Communication - Act as a trusted liaison between internal teams and external partners.Office Management - Oversee administrative functions, facilities, and service providers to keep operations seamless.Confidential Support - Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

What Our Client is Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in a PA role, supporting senior leadership or directors.Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple deadlines.A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.IT proficiency, including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience creating reports, presentations, and professional documentation.A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act on initiative.Unwavering discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
