Personal Assistant - 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Location: Offenham (Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)Salary: C32k per annum (DOE)

Contract: Fixed-term, 12 monthsHours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

We’re working with a well-established supplier looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Group CEO and Managing Director, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary & Email Management - Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and prioritising tasks.Travel Coordination - Organising complex travel itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness.Communication & Stakeholder Liaison - Filtering emails and calls, handling correspondence on behalf of leadership.Document Preparation - Creating reports, presentations, and briefing materials.Meeting Coordination - Organising agendas, capturing action points, and following up.Office Administration - Managing office facilities, service providers, and supplies.Confidentiality - Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar PA role supporting at Director level.Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.IT literate with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in reporting and presentations.Professional, trustworthy, and discreet.
