Job Title Grower

Pay Rates -£13 per hour

Start date Immediate starts available

Location Offenham

Job Type Temporary ongoing

Shifts available 0700-1700 Monday-Saturday, must be flexible with start and finish time.

What does the Grower role involve?

• Monitor and Maintain media moisture through watering and feeding crops
• Monitor crop performance
• Ensure correct spray application of pesticides and plant growth regulators as instructed
• Gain knowledge of pests and disease
• Follow and maintain all health and safety Requirements
• Maintain all records
• Report equipment failures

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required for the Grower Role:Must have experience with crop spraying equipment and hold relevant certificates and experience within a similar role would be desirable.
