The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Maintain a high standard of health and safety at all times.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Paediatric First Aid certification (essential).
- Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
