Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

Location: Evesham, Worcestershire

Salary: £42-£50,000 4 on 4 off - Nights 6pm - 6am 

Orion Electrotech are working with a leading food manufacturer known for high-quality products. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to maintain, repair, and optimise machinery, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance on the Night Shift.

Night Shift Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and suggest improvements.
  • Reactive plant machinery maintenance 
  • Ensure all work meets health, safety, and food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Communicate effectively with production teams and suppliers.

Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

  • Strong mechanical/electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Strong experience in the FMCG or food production industry 
  • Relevant engineering qualifications.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
