Requirements & Responsibilities:

Having a friendly, helpful, and conscientious attitude, providing the first point of contact for business enquiries relating to commercial vehicle and automotive aftermarket parts.
Utilising strong computer skills and an excellent telephone manner to deliver sound parts-advice and enhance existing customer relationships.
Enjoying being part of a small team involved in vehicle parts despatch;ensuring accuracy of orders, expediating deliveries, and using computer systems to manage and co-ordinate inventory requirements.
Managing long-standing customer accounts, building on established partnerships and taking the time to care with every call.
A flexible and sociable team-player,willing to learn and contribute wherever needed to fulfil business aims
