What You Will Do:

- Lead and inspire the QA team, ensuring all members are aligned with the company's quality objectives.

- Proactively manage and resolve customer quality issues and complaints, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

- Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with ISO9001, AIB, and BRC standards.

- Conduct root cause analysis on quality non-conformities, implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Serve as the site's lead auditor, coordinating the audit schedule and mentoring audit team members.

- Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Services to promote quality awareness and standards across all departments.

What You Will Bring:

- A solid background in manufacturing, with a preference for experience in the packaging industry.

- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with Quality tools and techniques.

- Certifications related to Quality functions, such as root cause analysis, are highly desirable.

- A valid driving licence, enabling flexibility and responsiveness to company needs.

- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
