Our client, a well-established multi-office law firm, is seeking a professional and dedicated Legal Assistant with Receptionist Duties to join their busy Evesham office. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic legal environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors and legal executives across various departments.
  • Manage incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, file management, and case-related tasks.
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle general office duties, including post distribution, scheduling meetings, and ordering office supplies.
  • Support the wider legal team with diary management, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Liaise with clients and external parties, ensuring communication is handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by addressing any day-to-day administrative needs.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Experience handling receptionist duties, including client-facing roles, is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour with a commitment to client care.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal case management systems (preferred).
